This privacy policy is for the ARBITER MOB TRACKER Android applications
Data Collection
1. Our app require location access and phone state access for spot cellid and route cellid features if you not want to give access your can remove permission form app then your spot cellid option not work
2. Time, network cell, and anonymous location information, is stored LOCALLY in your device, for the app functionality (applicable only to "ARBITER MOB TRACKER").
3. You can save/log LOCALLY in the device, measurements (time, network cell and anonymous location information) and network cell locations logs, by pressing the checkmark button in the Map tab.
4. See below how we use the Mozilla Location Service (MLS) to provide you with indications of the cell locations in the map.
You can OPT-OUT, if you want, from the above 3 functionalities (which will obviously deteriorate the Application experience), at the first time you open the Application, after installation.
Third Party Services
At present the Application uses third party services from "Google", "Mozilla", "MediaTek", "AndroidPlot", and "MPAndroidChart".
The Application may use Google provided services (Google Maps, Location libraries, Android Support Library), users are advised that data may be collected independently by Google. Your use of the Application, implies you are agreeing to be bound by Google's Terms of Service, https://developers.google.com/maps/terms . The Application may use Mozilla Location Service (MLS) to provide users with indications of cell locations. In order to get and show from the MLS database the cell location indication in the map, we transmit to the Mozilla Location Service (MLS) the cell information. The Application may use MediaTek SDK for Android. Please check MediaTek's Privacy Policy, https://labs.mediatek.com/en/privacy .
The Application uses AndroidPlot Library for plotting. Please check, http://androidplot.com/about/ .
The Application uses MPAndroidChart Library for plotting. Please check, https://github.com/PhilJay/MPAndroidChart .
Additionally, at present the "Arbiter Mob Tracker" Application use third party services, like Ads, from "AdMob". Users are advised that data may be collected independently by AdMob. Please check AdMob's Privacy Policy, http://www.google.com/admob/
